I do understand that the appliance(s) need to be opened and inspected at the time of delivery. I also understand that if there are any changes it MUST be noted on the bill of lading as "damaged" AND I have to call Frederickson's immediately at 1-866-383-7992(toll free) to acquire further direction OR I can refuse the damaged product.
I understand that if the appliance(s) are not opened and inspected and damage is found at a later time, I will not hold Frederickson's or the freight company responsible. I can call on Frederickson's to assist/help as much as they are able to do. I understand that the receiving signature without damage noted relieves the freight company and Frederickson's of any future damage claims.
I understand that my shipment is shipped with insurance and must note damage at the time of receiving.
Regardless of the situation, if there is a problem, I understand that Frederickson's will help in anyway possible.
